These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shop.dearirean.com and the purchase of DearIrean products. By accessing the site or placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order. Products are for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
2. Products & descriptions
We describe products accurately to the best of our ability. Colors and scents may vary slightly. Our body-care and fragrance products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is processed by our payment partners; orders are accepted only after payment authorization.
4. Orders & acceptance
Placing an item in the cart does not constitute a contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock, pricing error, or fraud screening.
5. Shipping
Complimentary shipping applies to orders over the threshold shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier or address provided.
6. Returns & refunds
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery per our Refund and Returns Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, content, and designs on the site are owned by DearIrean or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DearIrean is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
